FP&A Analyst

Dubizzle Labs is looking for an entry-level FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic team at LUMS Test Account. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to business growth across ten countries through comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for developing financial models, preparing management reports, and collaborating across departments to improve reporting accuracy and drive profitability. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to enhancing financial processes while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Although this position does not involve managing a team, strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to influence decisions and support constructive changes in the organization.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models that support business planning and provide insights from financial data.
Prepare and regularly update management reports to analyze financial activities, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving profitability.
Generate detailed monthly cost reports, ensuring data accuracy to support informed decision-making processes.
Collaborate with various departments, fostering cross-functional relationships to drive reporting enhancements and operational improvements.
Evaluate existing financial systems, providing recommendations for updated controls, methodologies, and procedures to enhance reporting reliability.
Deliver timely data, thorough analysis, and actionable recommendations through both monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget and forecast, offering insights to business heads for strategic adjustments.
Create and deliver engaging presentations summarizing financial insights and responding effectively to stakeholder inquiries.
Engage in additional ad-hoc analysis and reporting as dictated by the evolving needs of the business and management requests.
