Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical billing services to healthcare providers, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our medical billing services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in medical billing, healthcare, or a related industry minimum of 3 years.
Strong understanding of medical billing processes and healthcare regulations.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
