Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our furniture showroom team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, managing orders, and providing support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the showroom.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products, pricing, and availability.
Process sales transactions and manage order fulfillment.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and promote showroom promotions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or the furniture industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
