We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team! In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies while driving sales growth and business development initiatives. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
