Lucky Cement is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager for Cement Distribution to drive sales and expand our market presence within the assigned territory. This role involves implementing effective sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and negotiating with clients to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of relevant experience, possesses strong analytical skills, and is capable of executing sales forecasts and reports to support business decisions. While this position does not involve managing a team, it requires excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities to collaborate with distribution partners and internal stakeholders effectively. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and clients to ensure optimal product availability and customer satisfaction. You will analyze sales analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, enabling proactive responses to market changes. Your expertise in negotiation and sales strategy development will be crucial in driving growth and maintaining Lucky Cements competitive edge in the region.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase cement distribution within the assigned territory.
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners to ensure efficient product delivery and stock management.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and analyze sales data to drive informed business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and distributors to maximize sales volume and profitability.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies as required.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management detailing key performance indicators and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations during distribution activities.
  • Support promotional and marketing initiatives within the territory to boost product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain departments to resolve distribution challenges and improve delivery timelines.
