Lucky Cement Limited is seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this role, the Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing all front office activities, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, exhibit professionalism in their appearance and demeanor, and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Monitor and manage the visitor log and maintain security protocols for the premises.
  • Provide detailed information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with team members to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Utilize proficiency in MS Office to create documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Exhibit strong time management skills to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
