In this role, you'll focus on generating leads through Upwork, while ensuring seamless project handovers by accurately conveying client requirements to our Project Managers. If you are skilled in online bidding, proposal writing, and client interactions, we’re eager to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically bid on projects on Upwork.
- Write compelling, customized proposals.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations.
- Develop leads that convert into successful sales.
- Engage daily with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
- Maintain a high Upwork rating, crucial to our growth.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
Areas of Expertise:
- UI/UX Design
- Web Design
- Web Development
- CMS Development (including WordPress Customization, Shopify, Webflow, Bubble.io, Wix, Squarespace)
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to new challenges.
- High energy, passion for success, self-driven, and motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Proven sales record across diverse technology stacks.
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience preferred (Fresh candidates with exceptional skills are welcome).
