We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our global success
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing timely solutions.
- Update and create Helpdesk articles for our knowledge base.
- Ensure excellent customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns related to e-commerce products and services.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer support experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
- A growth mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
