Essential Job Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in services-based software companies, digital marketing agencies, and product sectors.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales and Pitching: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and products.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network and identify new business opportunities.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in services-based software companies, digital marketing agencies, and product sectors is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud-based software solutions.

  • Should have knowledge and Understanding of Fiverr and Upwork. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and startups is preferred.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, CallPAge, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
  • Knowledge of Pakistan's market as well as the International Market(USA/UK/Canada).
  • Understanding of best practices and current trends in the market.
