The Business Intelligence & Business Development Executive acts as an internal business consultant responsible for understanding, evaluating, and improving the organization's business operations. The role requires active participation in internal management meetings, operational discussions, and client meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes, client expectations, operational challenges, and organizational objectives.
By observing day-to-day operations, analyzing workflows, gathering business intelligence, and identifying operational gaps, the Executive provides practical recommendations to senior management that improve efficiency, service quality, client satisfaction, and business performance. The role supports strategic decision-making through process analysis, operational insights, and continuous improvement initiatives while contributing to sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
- Business Process Review & Operational Excellence:
- Attend internal management, operational, and cross-functional meetings to understand business activities, workflows, and organizational challenges.
- Participate in client meetings to understand client expectations, business objectives, operational challenges, and future requirements.
- Review and evaluate end-to-end business processes across departments to identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Map, analyze, and optimize workflows to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and client experience.
- Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices that enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement approved improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Measure the impact of implemented improvements using defined operational KPIs.
2. Business Intelligence & Market Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret information from clients, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
- Develop business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, client needs, competitive risks, and industry trends.
- Maintain structured databases of market intelligence, operational metrics, and client feedback.
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and business expansion.
3. Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Meet with clients to understand their operations, business objectives, pain points, and future growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing services or introduce new business solutions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to design customized solutions that improve client satisfaction and business value.
- Support the preparation of business cases, proposals, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Recommend enhancements to products, services, and operational processes based on audit findings, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
4. Strategic Planning & Management Advisory

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing objective assessments of business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Present findings, improvement initiatives, market insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support organizational transformation and continuous improvement programs.
- Monitor business performance indicators and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies, operational excellence initiatives, and organizational growth plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent are considered an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
