Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for office inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and files.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (1+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
