KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Organizing NCSA and sector or stakeholder team meetings
- Maintaining NCSA records, including schedules, actions and notes
- Aiding Department Heads and Managers with timely reporting
- Monitoring procurement processing, maintaining procurement schedule
- Establishing Risk Management system and reporting
- Maintaining the NCSA Curriculum / Web page and online presence
- Assisting with the role out of LMS and other management tools
- Administration support for the Head of NCSA
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 8+ years’ professional experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, ideally including Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Risk Management processes.
- Experience in fast moving project environments is desirable.
- Bi-lingual in Arabic and English is essential.
- Familiarity with project budgeting and cost tracking is desirable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree level of education is essential, Interest in education is preferable.
