Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to resolve inquiries, concerns, and issues raised by customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about products/services, account details, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels.
- Recommend process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads or existing customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing details.
- Close sales deals and achieve set sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services as appropriate.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns related to purchases.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide step-by-step guidance for resolving technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams.
- Document technical support processes and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback.
- Contact customers with overdue payments through phone, email, or mail.
- Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers.
- Document all communications and agreements with customers.
- Provide information on payment options and assist with financial inquiries.
- Report on collection efforts and account statuses.
