Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate driver schedules, routes, and assignments to maximize efficiency and meet client needs.
- Handle client inquiries, confirm bookings, and address service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the dispatch team by enforcing company policies and maintaining industry standards.
- Use dispatch software to track trip details, provide updates, and coordinate the fleet effectively.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in limousine or transportation dispatch roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage schedules and client interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency with dispatch software and transportation management tools.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
