Daily Tasks

Answering Inbound Calls

  • Description: Receiving calls from clients, customers, or partners to provide information, support, or resolve issues.

Sending Emails

  • Description: Crafting and sending emails to clients, customers, or team members regarding updates, follow-ups, or information.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Good written communication, attention to detail, understanding of email etiquette.

Responding to Emails

  • Description: Reading and replying to incoming emails from clients, customers, or colleagues.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Time management, prioritization, clear and concise writing.

Managing Data or Sheets

  • Description: Updating and maintaining spreadsheets or databases with relevant information.
  • Skills/Knowledge: Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), data entry accuracy, organizational skills.

Reporting
