MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE

  • Manager is overall in-charge of the duties of all staff working in Life Line Hospital.
  • He has to ensure coordination of reception desk with OT staff/ surgical list as well as, has to ensure the timing of surgery in OT with consultant to avoid overlap of surgery time.
  • Time management of surgery timing in all OTs
  • To upload tentative operation list of the upcoming day at 10:30 PM in respective WhatsApp group.
  • To inform all visiting consultant in WhatsApp group in case of change of policy and rate list.
  • He is authorized to negotiate about rates but justifiably with visiting consultants.
  • He has to ensure the display of duty rosters on the 1st of every month on respective places.
    • Consultant coverage in emergency
    • M.O rosters
    • C.N rosters
    • OTT rosters
    • Wardboy/ aya/ sweeper rosters for respective floors
    • Receptionist rosters
    • Radiographer roster
  • He has the authority to penalize staff in case of non-compliance of duty roster and to ensure emergency locum or replacement.
  • He has to make a liaison between the accountant and CEO. He has to ensure to make salaries list on last day of each month and coincide it with Roll call, register or duty roster.
  • He will ensure the maintenance of Penal case register and Health care register to submit the claim and persue the claim for timely disbursement of claim to respective staff and pharmacy.
  • To make and renew all contracts between Life Line Hospital and Lab, out sourced Radiology services, PNRA contract, Blood Bank, Generator, Lift, Pharmacy, A-T waste management and dental.
  • To update inventory equipment of Life Line Hospital.
  • To ensure liaison of bio-engineer with Emergency and OT staff.
  • To have a liaison between maintenance and repair department. purchase/ repair and replacement of general stock, furniture, equipment and contingency, and stationery with approval/intimation to CEO.
  • The administrator is responsible for maintenance of sentinel event register, complaint register.
  • He is responsible for smooth working of all gadgets, observation of duty rosters, and hiring and firing of staff with intimation/permission of CEO.
  • Responsible for writing appraisal reports of paramedical Staff and help/recommending in writing appraisal of doctor’s & C.N.
  • The administrator is responsible for daily posts/notices received at reception desk and its respective response. A diary register has to be maintained to make sure entry of every letter received & send.
  • Separate file for Pakistan Health Commission (PHC) communication is kept by administrator.
  • To arrange firefighting mock drill on yearly basis.
  • To act as a CQI coordinator.
  • The administrator will make sure that each & every newly employed employ receives training regarding SOPs of life line hospital & MSDS from CEO.
  • Any Additional task given by CEO
  • Timings will be from 12 pm to 10 pm .
