Position: Marketing Manager / Sales Representative (Remote)

Your Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will promote and sell the Mehfooz Business App to retailers, pharmacies, wholesalers, and business owners across Pakistan through your network, online platforms, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ Generate leads and convert them into sales
✓ Conduct product demos via WhatsApp/Video calls
✓ Build strong relationships with business owners
✓ Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
✓ Provide customer support and onboarding assistance

COMPENSATION PLAN:
50% COMMISSION on every sale = Rs. 5,000 per app sold
App Price: Rs. 10,000
Commission paid within 1-2 days of successful sale
NO FIXED SALARY - Unlimited earning potential!

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication & persuasion skills (Urdu + English)
Sales/marketing experience is a plus (freshers with good skills can apply)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Smartphone with internet connection
Must be 18 years or above
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through Facebook and local business networks to sell the Mehfooz App to retailers, pharmacies, and small businesses.
Conduct live product demos via Video Call in Urdu + English to explain app features (sales tracking, khata management, inventory). Build trust with business owners by understanding their daily challenges and demonstrating how Mehfooz solves them.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through self-driven outreach (no manager supervision required).
Complete commission payouts by providing valid CNIC and bank/JazzCash details (no delays in payment).
Use simple digital tools to share app links and success stories with potential clients.
Participate in free training sessions to master product features and sales techniques. Work independently with high motivation – your earnings depend entirely on your sales performance.
