Responsibilities

Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures with accuracy to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Collect, handle, and process biological samples while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Conduct hematology analyses and other specialized laboratory assessments following established guidelines.
Supervise and manage a team of six laboratory technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance for reliable results.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety policies, and quality control procedures within the laboratory.
Document test results accurately and communicate findings promptly to medical personnel.
Identify and resolve technical issues in laboratory processes to minimize errors and ensure efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand testing requirements and improve diagnostic workflows.
