As a Sales and Collection Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels.
2. Property Showcasing: Showcase properties to potential clients and negotiate sales.
3. Sales Closure: Close sales deals and ensure documentation is complete.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collections:
1. Payment Follow-up: Follow up with clients for timely payment of installments.
2. Invoice Management: Manage and issue invoices to clients.
3. Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments and update records.
4. Collection Target Achievement: Meet or exceed collection targets.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
2. Reporting: Provide regular sales and collection reports to management.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure aligned sales efforts.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of sales and collection experience in the real estate industry or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
