We are looking for a disciplined and trustworthy Manager Operations & Admin to oversee the day-to-day logistics, documentation, and internal coordination of our lab supplies trading business.
This is an ideal role for ex-Admin Professionals, Project Managers, and retired Army Officers (Major or above) with experience in logistics, admin, or supply chain management and who are looking for a dignified, semi-structured private sector role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clearing agents and monitor import documentation (GD filing, COA, invoice reconciliation).
- Maintain office records, client files, GST and tax documents.
- Assist sales team by issuing invoices, dispatch orders, and courier coordination.
- Liaise with banks, clients, and vendors for admin matters.
- Track inventory movement and help in warehouse coordination (if applicable).
- Prepare simple monthly reports on sales, dispatches, and operations
Requirements:
- Admin Officers with background in project managment and at least 5 years experience - or - retired Major or above from Pakistan Armed Forces with background in ASC, EME, or administrative/logistics units.
- Must be organized, computer-literate, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with Excel, documentation, and email correspondence is essential.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
