Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

You will be the overall strategic and operational head of The Hospital for all operations such as:
Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including reception, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and event planning.
Ensure that all departments work cohesively to maintain high standards of service.
Manage bookings, room assignments, and guest services to maximize occupancy.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and anticipating guest needs.
Implement and monitor customer feedback systems to improve service quality.
Ensure that guests have a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Monitor revenue streams, such as room bookings, restaurant sales, and events, to ensure profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff across different departments.
Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that staffing levels meet operational needs.
Manage the hotel's online presence, including websites, booking platforms
Greet and interact with guests, addressing any special requests or accommodations.
Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure quality dining experiences for guests
