Responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings on eBay and Amazon platforms, including uploading images, crafting titles, and writing descriptions.
- Maintain precise pricing structures and inventory data to ensure availability and competitiveness.
- Conduct thorough product and competitor research to inform strategic pricing and inventory decisions.
- Assist in processing customer orders, managing returns, and handling refunds efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub to manage sales activities and track shipments through relevant software.
- Employ keyword research tools to improve product discoverability and search ranking on marketplaces.
- Support general eCommerce tasks and administrative office duties to facilitate smooth workflow within the team.
- Collaborate with and support a team of 20 persons, promoting effective communication, coordination, and teamwork.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures related to security, including handling sensitive documents such as CNIC or ID card copies and signed cheques.
- Participate actively in paid training sessions to develop advanced skills in eCommerce operations and marketplace management.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks to meet company standards and client expectations.
