Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Create, monitor & optimize Amazon product listings.
- Manage A+ Content & keep the Store up to date.
- Preparing FBA shipments including Reconciliations / Reimbursement
- Must have up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and ensure that our listings comply with it.
- Raising cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve pinch points
- Conduct competitor analysis and propose a strategy.
- Manage product reviews & seller feedback to enable growth.
- Monitor the accounts’ health, performance metrics and implement strategies to ensure account health is kept pristine
