We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Speech / Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team. Both fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. As a Speech and Language Pathologist at Learning Hands Rehabilitation Centre, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  2. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  3. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve communication skills.
  4. Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, either in-person or through teletherapy, ensuring a supportive and compassionate environment.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  6. Monitor and track patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  7. Educate patients and their families on strategies to enhance communication outside of therapy sessions.
  8. Stay updated with the latest developments and research in the field of speech and language pathology.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and their families.
  3. Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach towards individuals with communication disorders.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Strong organizational skills to manage caseload efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Salary and Benefits:

  1. The salary for this position ranges from 40,000 to 65,000/month, depending on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
  2. Additional opportunities for earning through OPD's on Saturdays, based on a percentage basis.
