• Manage the addition and deletion of fixed assets, run monthly depreciation processes, process asset transfers within the system.
  • Oversee the approval and payment process for invoices related to fixed assets, including payments against contracts and purchase orders.
  • Verify final settlement summaries against contractor agreements and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Process payments related to Letters of Credit (LC) for foreign transactions.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of CWIP (Capital Work In Progress) and supplier accounts.
  • Prepare additions and deletions reports for insurance purposes, ensuring they are in the required format.
  • Oversee physical inspection and tagging of fixed assets, including newly commissioned items.
  • Coordinate with auditors for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual audit schedules.
  • Provide reports for board approval, including coordination with external auditors and the insurance department.
  • Process payments for newly acquired fixed assets and ensure appropriate record-keeping.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all fixed asset transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, purchase orders, and associated documents.
  • Manage payments to government authorities and maintain records related to these payments.
  • Handle bank-related coordination for payment processing and reporting.
  • Resolve system issues and provide recommendations for new system developments related to fixed asset management.
  • Oversee the tagging and physical verification of fixed assets at various locations, including retail outlets, terminals, and offices.
