•  Look after all security-related matters and coordination with private security services providers i.e. security invoices, attendance & leave management of security personnel, their deployments, security & management of security arms & ammunition.
  • Supervision of day-to-day tasks given to 3rd party admin staff i.e. office boys, janitorial staff and drivers.
  • Maintaining petty cash register on daily basis, scrutiny and maintaining record of all petty bills paid, preparing expenses statement for reimbursement.
  • Handling the transport indents forwarded by staff, allocating transport for various official duties on daily basis
  • Maintaining the daily mileage sheet and log books of pool vehicles.
  • Looking after the repair and maintenance of company vehicles through authorized vendors & verification of fuel & vehicle repair and maintenance bills.
  • Registration of official vehicles from the registration office and handling all transport related documentation i.e. registration, insurance, taken fee etc.
  • Prepare month end consolidated statement of area executive bills.
  • Arranging official lunch/tea etc. for official meetings.
  • Punching required data in e-suit.
  • Looking after office repair/maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Hiring of premises as per requirement of the company and arranging lease agreements.
  • Calculation of third party staff hardship allowances.
  • Verification of bills processed by any official.
  • Facilitate vendor in monitoring & maintaining 3rd party discipline & conduct investigation of reported anomalies.
  • Keep liaison with police stations and other emergency services existing around various APL Locations.
  • CCTV monitoring.
