• Overall manage and oversee day-to-day operations at the Company’s respective Bulk Oil Terminal.
  • Ensure smooth operations of Company’s oil terminal(s) through liaising with all the relevant departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Administration etc.) and provide the right support to E2E (Employee To Employee) process.
  • Maintain appropriate standards at facilities, ensuring compliance with management systems, procedures as per the standards set by the Company’s management.
  • Implement a pro-active HSE culture at the respective Company’s installations by ensuring compliance with HSE standards and legal requirements.
  • Propose, implement and control improvement plans at the respective installations of the Company.
  • Look after day-to-day administrative matters at the respective site including office maintenance, facilities management and staff related matters etc.
  • Ensure security of personnel, assets and operations at the Company’s installations.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders (staff, Government authorities, Company’s contractors / customers, regional/local non-governmental organizations, etc.).

Job Requirements:

  • Must have prior work experience of 5-7 years in operating and managing Bulk Oil Terminals.
  • Apart from the core job responsibilities, experience of handling administrative / staff related matters will be an added advantage.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office etc.
  • Must possess sound analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
