Responsible for handling of indenting & credit Control Operations
Manual and electronic verification of Delivery Advice.
Endorsement of Delivery Note.
Manual and electronic preparation / checking / Verification of Sales Invoice.
Verification of Bank Payments in respective accounts.
Daily reconciliation of Sales (Cylinder Wise) with respective Departments.
Reconciliation of customer accounts.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and follow up with concerns for timely adjustments of reconciling items
Follow-up with Sales Team for timely resolution of outstanding issues.
Preparation / Verification of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports.
To conduct physical stock take & Petty Cash check on monthly basis as and when assigned.
Reconciling Daily sales, stocks and receipts of cylinders with the other department.
Accuracy of business data for onward evaluation and decision making for the Senior Management.
Ensure compliance of company record keeping procedure.
Any other assignments assigned by management from time to time
