Lead Verifier (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and supporting the company’s overall growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate professionalism in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency to manage customer data and sales records
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities
