Lead Verifier

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of converting leads into successful sales. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

The position requires availability from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and is a full-time, in-person role based at our office located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
