Join Blue Yonder as a technical leader where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering a next-generation cloud-native Supply Chain Data Platform. This position emphasizes architecting scalable, secure, and highly available microservices within a dynamic, global team environment. You will leverage your hands-on development skills alongside architectural vision, mentoring capabilities, and operational expertise to drive innovation and maintain high standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of an advanced Supply Chain Data Platform built on cloud-native microservices and event-driven architecture. Work closely with Product Management, Professional Services, and global engineering teams to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. Promote engineering excellence by enforcing clean code practices, conducting thorough architecture and code reviews, optimizing system performance, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines and automation processes. Mentor and guide engineers, participate actively in hiring, lead technical discussions, and address production issues through detailed root cause analysis. Continuously improve platform reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. Participate in the engineering on-call rotation, providing backend support, incident resolution, and ongoing platform stability improvements.

Required Qualifications
7 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, OAuth, Kafka, Snowflake, and cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud platforms. Demonstrated expertise in designing and building scalable, resilient, multi-tenant SaaS platforms using distributed microservices, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps methodologies. Experience with Big Data and distributed technologies including Snowflake, Spark, Scala, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, and RDBMS, with a focus on performance tuning and high-availability architectures. Proven technical leadership in software architecture, secure coding practices, mentoring, code reviews, stakeholder collaboration, Agile development, and driving continuous improvement within engineering teams. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and Agile workflows, with hands-on experience using GitHub Actions. Experience implementing event-driven systems using Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies.

The technology stack includes Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Git, Hibernate, REST APIs, OAuth, GraphQL, Snowflake, Scala, Spark, Elasticsearch, NoSQL, and RDBMS. The platform architecture is cloud-native, event-driven, and secure, designed for multi-tenant microservices with high scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and availability. Cloud infrastructure is based on Microsoft Azure, leveraging AKS, ARM Templates, Azure AD, Application Gateway, Virtual Networks, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines. Additional tools and frameworks include Kafka, Ignite, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
