We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to design and manage data-driven digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute performance-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing. Focus on optimizing campaigns to achieve key business goals such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Continuously test and evaluate new strategies and channels to improve campaign effectiveness.
Campaign Management:
Oversee and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Plan and implement A/B and multivariate testing to enhance ad performance. Manage bidding strategies, targeting options, and creative assets to ensure campaigns meet or exceed objectives. Use tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to monitor and measure campaign results.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance metrics. Provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns. Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that highlight key trends and performance indicators for stakeholders. Analyze conversion funnels to pinpoint areas for improvement.
SEO & SEM Collaboration:
Work closely with the SEO team to align paid search efforts with organic search strategies. Support keyword research and on-page SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic. Manage Google Ads campaigns to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition aligned with broader search marketing goals.
Budget Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI. Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and timelines, adjusting spend based on performance data as needed.
Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates. Work alongside content creators to maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Customer Journey Optimization:
Identify key touchpoints in the customer journey and implement strategies to improve conversion rates. Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers who have shown interest but not yet converted.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management.
- Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Experience designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
