As a Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns focused on generating leads in the solar and hydrogen energy sectors. You will work across both B2C and B2B channels, continuously optimizing our marketing funnels. Additionally, you will perform funnel breakdowns of competitors to gather valuable insights, ensuring that we stay ahead of the competition.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation for renewable energy (solar and hydrogen), targeting both B2C and B2B.
  • Funnel analysis and competitor analysis to dissect their marketing strategies and leverage their weaknesses.
  • Optimization and scaling of campaigns based on data analysis (CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure the handover of qualified leads and monitor conversion success.
  • Identifying and implementing new trends and technologies in lead generation and performance marketing
  • Creating and optimizing multi-channel marketing funnels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation.
  • Immediate focus on competitor analysis and applying findings to enhance our own funnels.
  • Developing and implementing new approaches for paid ad campaigns to improve lead quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Experience in building and optimizing lead generation funnels for both B2C and B2B.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and preferably funnel analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly identify trends.
  • Creativity and a willingness to test and optimize new tactics.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector (solar and hydrogen) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lead quality based on sales conversions.
