Experts Communication is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join their team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This full-time role operates on a night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, with strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. Fresh graduates with good English communication abilities are also encouraged to apply. The salary for this position ranges from 40,000 to 60,000 PKR, depending on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate clearly to provide information, support, and sales assistance.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Foster customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently manage objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
