The ideal candidate brings at least 18 years of solid experience in accounts and finance, coupled with strong communication skills to effectively present financial information and collaborate across departments. This role entails leading a team of 24 individuals, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulatory standards, and the timely delivery of financial reports that support strategic decision-making. The Accounts Finance specialist will be responsible for monitoring financial operations, optimizing accounting processes, and driving efficiency within the finance department. The leadership component requires the ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 24 accounting and finance professionals to ensure high performance and professional development.
Prepare, analyze, and present detailed financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Oversee the accuracy and completeness of financial data, ensuring integrity in all accounting records.
Develop and implement efficient financial processes and controls to improve reporting cycles and reduce errors.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Monitor compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies to mitigate financial risks.
Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues and financial transactions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and accounting practices.
Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure successful completion of audits.
Support strategic business decisions through insightful financial analysis and recommendations.
