As an HR Executive ,you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly, and our employees are supported in their professional growth. You will work closely with our HR Head of Department to provide comprehensive HR services and support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1-      Recruitment and Selection:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a seamless integration into the company.

2-      Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, working to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement by implementing relevant programs and initiatives.

3-      Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in goal setting, evaluations, and feedback discussions.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programs.

4-      HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.

5-      Compliance and Policies:

  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Help in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.

6-      HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that improve HR processes and support the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices (preferred).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
