As a Digital Marketing Manager for A8OM (sister concern of Lanop), you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy for A8OM and its clients.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as Web Developers & Creative Team), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. 

You will be primarily involved in these activities in your role:

  • Developing and executing Marketing Plan
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Handling the Social Media channels, maintaining our media presence, identifying new opportunities on social media strategy including podcasts and webinars, and leading its execution
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies like social media campaigns and partnerships with influencers etc.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing products with the help of your team for the clients like brochures, decks, logos, designs, etc. and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Track and report results of the website and social media
  • Monitor competitor activities
  • Work on website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
  • Work on the website for new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Liasoning with other business divisions for marketing-related work
  • Dealing with clients who require marketing consultancy for their businesses
  • Training and developing the marketing team

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters (Preferably – Bachelors or MBA in Marketing from a reputable University)
  • Proven working experience in a similar role of at least 3 years

Preferred Skills

  • Hands on and Self Starter
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills     
  • Knack for problem solving 
  • Social media campaign manager tool - Hoot suite, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Website content creation - services, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Products such as Photoshop, XD etc. and other designing softwares would be an added advantage
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
