Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of our organization. Working closely with the finance team, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of finance.

1.       Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.

2.       Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working collaboratively with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy.

3.       Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights into financial trends to support management in making informed decisions.

4.       Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and making recommendations for improvement.

5.       Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful information, assess financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

6.       Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, providing financial expertise and analytical support to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
  • Additional certification such as CFA or progress toward CFA is a plus.
  • Experience of 0-2 years in finance or business consultancy function.

  • Microsoft Office with special emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
