We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying top talent, and a deep understanding of the recruitment process. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates.

2. Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

4. Job Posting: Create compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

5. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and talent market dynamics to inform and enhance recruitment strategies.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
