• Serve as the primary support for all Employee and compliance related issues.
  • Liaise effectively with government bodies such as EOBI, Social Security, Labor Department, and other relevant authorities.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings for employee-related disputes, including handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Issue legal notices for employee-related recoveries and maintain accurate records of legal actions.
  • Provide legal guidance and regulatory support across departments, addressing compliance inquiries, specifically HR matters.
  • Monitor and stay informed about changes to labor laws and regulations, proactively updating management on any significant developments.
