This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Confidential in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Store Management
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience of 5 years at least in a similar role in a Mid Level organisation with over 7000 products
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
This is onsite job but the company may at its discretion transfer the candidate to any other region of the country.
