Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with LAAM's overall business goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Lead and manage a team of three, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and productivity in social media content production.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and inquiries to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and integrated campaigns that leverage multiple channels.
  • Coordinate graphic design efforts utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to enhance visual content and maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to implement innovative strategies that keep LAAM at the forefront of the industry.
  • Prepare and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns, maintaining an active online presence.
  • Execute paid social media advertising campaigns, utilizing targeting options to reach specific demographics and maximize engagement.
