Company Description:
- The mission of KSNL Consulting LLC is to provide expert consulting services and secure projects across a wide range of industries including, IT solutions, construction, utilities, facilities management, manufacturing, and more.
Responsibilities:
- TEMP to Permanent remote job for an Account/Project Specialist at KSNL Consulting LLC.
- The Account/Project Specialist will be responsible for reviewing/understanding the details of project requirements.
- Research vendor's information, and coordinate with vendors and project managers for site surveys by calling, texting, or emailing them.
- Discuss and create other necessary documents with the vendors.
- Negotiate quotes with vendors and terms with the project managers.
- Monitor project timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed before submitting the project proposal.
Qualifications:
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH (Reading, Writing & Verbal) communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, excellent multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google (Drive & Spreadsheet) and ability to extract vendor information from researching on Google and other search engines.
- Ability to work effectively independently and with a team.
- 1 Month of Free Training.
- First Salary after 45 days.
- 2 Months of Probation (need to meet the milestones).
IMPORTANT POLICIES:
- Zoom shall be connected and screen sharing is TURNED ON at all times.
- The microphone shall be turned ON and unmuted at all times.
