Bpo Sales Agent

Join K.S. Tech as a Bpo Sales Agent, where you will contribute to the growth and success of our sales operations by engaging with potential clients and driving lead generation. As part of our team, you will leverage your telemarketing skills and effective communication abilities to identify and convert prospects into customers. This role involves managing a team of 4 persons, providing guidance and support to ensure collective sales targets are met. In this position, you will develop and implement sales strategies that enhance client relationships and increase revenue. Your day-to-day activities include cold calling potential clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, and employing telemarketing techniques to maximize conversions. The role requires at least one year of experience in sales or telemarketing environments and a proactive approach to team management and customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using established telemarketing techniques to generate leads and close sales.
Manage and lead a team of 4 sales agents, providing training, support, and performance feedback to meet team objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and promote the companys products and services effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales activities to track progress and support reporting requirements.
Build and nurture effective relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify potential new markets and customer segments to expand the companys client base.
Communicate clearly and persuasively to present product information and respond to client inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and optimize customer experience.
Monitor team performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging sales techniques to remain competitive.
