Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or financial support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Operations:

  • Prepare and maintain log sheets for financial and administrative tasks.
  • Perform banking tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and cheque collection.
  • Deliver invoices and important financial documents to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register accurately and systematically.
  • Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Use spreadsheet tools for financial data entry, analysis, and reporting.

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel.

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Communication:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving:

  • Ability to handle tasks independently and proactively address challenges.

Banking and Finance Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with basic banking procedures and financial systems.
