Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong customer service orientation, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide feedback on product development and improvements based on customer insights.

Qualifications:

FA/Intermediate OR Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
