This position requires a minimum of 10 years in the legal field where you will utilize your expertise in legal research, negotiation, and effective communication to serve our clients' needs. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of 2 professionals, guiding them in their legal processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to understand their legal challenges and developing strategies to achieve favorable outcomes, while also mentoring your team to enhance their skills and professionalism in the legal landscape.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough legal research to inform case strategy and provide actionable advice to clients.
Engage in negotiation processes on behalf of clients, aiming for optimal outcomes that meet their legal interests.
Communicate complex legal information clearly and concisely to clients, ensuring they are well-informed of their options.
Manage a small team of 2 legal professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their performance.
Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements for compliance and risk assessment.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Maintain a high level of organization in managing client files and legal documentation.
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the legal practice.
Develop and implement effective case management strategies for escalating legal issues as they arise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored legal solutions.
