Kolaxo CCS is seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Officer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage and enhance our social media presence across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand's identity and objectives. You will create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, utilizing your understanding of demographics and buyer personas to drive engagement and growth. Additionally, your ability to analyze performance metrics will inform strategy adjustments, keeping our content innovative and effective in achieving organic marketing success. This position does not involve managing a team, allowing you to focus on executing strategies and initiatives independently while collaborating closely with other team members to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns. Your passion for social media trends and user engagement will be critical to fostering a strong online community for Kolaxo CCS.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engage our audience across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content that reflects the company's voice and engages target demographics, incorporating SEO best practices to optimize reach.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor social media channels, assess performance, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing for data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed target profiling and audience analysis to identify customer personas, ensuring content and campaigns are tailored to specific demographic groups.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating new ideas into the overall social media strategy to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business objectives, integrating social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive brand image and customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth through community engagement, user-generated content, and influencer collaborations, enhancing overall brand advocacy.
  • Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends to gather insights and identify potential opportunities for Kolaxo CCS.
  • Assist in the development of social media advertising campaigns as needed, providing recommendations for optimizing ad performance based on analytics.
