We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can elevate our clients’ brands by creating and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and enhance its online presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
  • Content Planning and Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, videos, stories, and infographics that drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Adapting Creative Direction: Translate the overarching creative direction into platform-specific social media content, ensuring that the brand’s vision is effectively communicated across all channels.
  • Community Management: Monitor and manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads, influencer collaborations, and hashtag initiatives, ensuring that each campaign is optimized for maximum reach and impact.
  • Sales Growth for E-commerce Clients: Develop and suggest creative strategies to increase sales and conversions for e-commerce clients, leveraging social media platforms to drive traffic and boost online sales.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage the social media team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure that all social media activities and campaigns are executed on time, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that Koko Studio and its clients remain ahead of the curve in social media innovation.
  • Eye for Trends: Maintain a trendy eye for creative and innovative content that aligns with the brand’s voice and appeals to the target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and report ROI to stakeholders.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and identity, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop cohesive and effective social media content and strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Manage social media crises effectively, responding swiftly and appropriately to any issues that arise to protect the brand’s reputation.

  • Creativity and Trend Awareness: A trendy eye for creative content that captures attention and aligns with current social media trends.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing social media landscapes and apply new trends to enhance brand presence.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly, particularly in high-pressure situations or during a social media crisis.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles as they apply to social media content to increase organic reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio or examples of successful social media campaigns managed, showcasing your ability to grow and engage audiences.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
