• Provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
• Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and communications
• Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other technical documents as required
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in Construction, Real Estate, Engineering firm, Interior Design in admin/coordination/ PS/ PA/ Secretary/ FDO is required
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Understating of Construction sector work dynamics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
